Consolation is the first in a two-part series, and it’s a heart-breaking yet romantic story I highly enjoyed listening to. While Andi Arndt’s narration wasn’t quite as good as Sebastian’s, their two voices definitely worked well for Natalie and Liam’s story. I’d had my eye on Corinne Michaels’ Consolation ever since it came out, and I’m so glad that I listened to the audiobook instead of reading it! I ADORE Sebastian York (I feel like everyone does, and rightfully so), so I was stoked to listen to his narration.
Now I have to decide if I truly love him or if he’s just the consolation prize. He was my husband’s best friend-forbidden.īut my husband is dead and I’m alone.
